1 Introduction and Acknowledgement

3.3 Account Security

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on 8i888 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are secured by SSL encryption.
4.1 Deposit
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit — 8i888 is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect reference.
4.2 Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

- Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 5 for details).

4.3 Transaction Verification
8i888 reserves the right to verify suspicious transactions. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the transaction will be suspended and an investigation will be conducted. Relevant funds may be held until the investigation is complete.
5 Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. To claim the bonus, select the bonus option when making your first deposit after registration.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
- Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 25x (bonus amount × 25).
- Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawing.
- Some games may contribute partially or not at all to wagering calculations.
- If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
5.3 VIP Cashback Program
8i888 has 4 VIP tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Members may be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on regular and active gaming activity.
5.4 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus can be claimed once only.
- Bonuses are not transferable.
- 8i888 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without giving a reason.

6 Gameplay Rules
All games on 8i888 are operated through third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, Spribe and others). Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.1 Fair Play Policy

7 Prohibited Activities

- Automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial activity.
- Deliberately exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
- Using fraudulent payment information.
- Threatening, harassing or disrespecting other members or staff.
- Betting on behalf of or with the funds of a third party.
Consequences: If any of the above violations are proven, all deposits, bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and action may be taken in accordance with applicable law.

- Suspicious financial activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Orders from a court or regulatory authority.
11.2 Right to Appeal

11.3 Return of Legitimate Funds
If an account is not closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, and is closed for a legitimate reason, verified funds will be returned.
12 Terms & Conditions Changes
8i888 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify members in the following ways:

- Sending a notice to the registered email address (where applicable).
- Displaying an alert message at the time of login on the platform.
